Atlas Micro Jack Plate Reinforcement Options

Atlas Micro Reinforcement Kit:

Made from 316SS components with C954 Aluminum Bronze sleeve bearings and thrust washers, this kit is designed to increase rigidity and stability in the Atlas Micro Jack jack plate. Kit comes with all fasteners. Includes Nylon isolators to segregate 316SS from Aluminum to prevent galvanic corrosion. Requires original threaded 1/2"-13 threaded holes to be drilled out to 0.500". If you are running more than 60-hp, we recommend you utilize either the safety tabs or the ultimate reinforcement kit.

Atlas Micro Safety Tab Kit:

We also offer a safety tab kit which is a more affordable option suitable for newer Atlas Micros who's threaded transom bracket holes are still in good shape. The safety tabs will put your bearing bolts in double shear, and in the event you have a transom bracket failure, the safety tab will keep the upper bolts of your jackplate secured to the transom. A great option for ALL Atlas Micro jackplates.

Ultimate Reinforcement Kit:

For the ultimate in reliability, combine the reinforcement kit with the safety tabs! This is recommended for anyone running more than 90hp.
